HPL Consulting Inc (“HPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the "FCA Tracker" platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, protect, and retain information associated with the Service.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Service. It does not apply to third‑party services not controlled by HPL.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service:

  • Activity metadata and usage statistics (for audit logging and performance monitoring)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Use

We use the information for the following purposes:

All data is stored and processed in the United States using AWS infrastructure in the Ohio region.

We retain data for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate security or audit purposes.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

  • Audit logging and monitoring of system access and activity
  • Encryption in transit and at rest (where supported by service components)
  • Security incident response procedures
  • Regular review of access permissions
  • Role‑based access controls and least‑privilege practices

9. Monitoring and Performance Data

We use Elastic APM solely for application performance monitoring and reliability. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising technologies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised Policy on this page.
